About The Wanderers

Our History

We’re a lively men’s skittles team from the heart of the Forest of Dean, kicking things off in autumn 2008 at the legendary White Horse in Mitcheldean. When a landlord switch shook things up in 2017, we rolled over to The Lamb Inn. In spring 2024, we had a cracking season at Drybrook RFC, then boomeranged back to our beloved White Horse by autumn 2024. Through it all, we’ve built an epic community bound by our love for skittles and the unbeatable vibe of Friday night—cold beers in hand, pins flying, and good times all around!
